We are very, very fortunate to have Andrea. We are demanding clients yet she is ever so patient with us. She is truly a professional. She could have taken the easy way out and not restaged our property but she did not do so. She took the hard way to do the place over and staged our property. She did a lot of hard work behind the scene without bothering us with the details. We really appreciate her for her hard work and effort in getting in the contractor, the stager, the gardener, etc. The photography was excellent in showcasing our property. She has the pulse of the whole market in our area and was very accurate in her assessment and pricing. What she told us, she delivered. She is someone whom we can trust. We are very pleased with Andrea's excellent service and she deserves our respect. Wonderful and amazing service.

Andrea's Knowledge and experience of the east bay is very strong. What impressed me was her package she handed to me on our first visit, the comps, market and appraised estimate of my house where on heavy magazine stock and in a book form ! And I had not even hired her yet. So if this was how she handled herself professionally without the listing.....I knew I would get a high quality representation with her. Her team was always available and replied quickly. It was not easy choosing which renovations to do but she walked me through the process without any pressure. When it came time to list it she already had agents who were interested and received a bid for the property before it even went on the market. I suggested a counter and she suggested a counter above the number I had in mind. Because of her knowledge and experience in the housing market she knew what to counter at ~ final sale was well over original asking price. Extremely satisfied by the services she provided. Andrea was awesome from start to finish. When we first met with her to discuss selling our house, she took a consultative approach to understand our needs and objectives. Andrea gave us sound advice on marketing approach, factors that could affect the near-term housing market, pricing, timelines, etc. She worked closely with the design company to keep renovations within our budget, while also making the house look fantastic inside and out. Throughout the entire process, Andrea as great with communication and as offers came in, she did a great job managing negotiations and helping us through a flawless close of escrow. Andrea Gordon is an excellent agent. She came highly recommended by a colleague, and now I know why. We are third-time home buyers, but this was the first time we purchased a place in California.
