The Dinsky team is THE best! There are so many real estate agents in LA, how do you even pick one!? But the Dinsky team caught my eye because they had impeccable reviews and we saw that they sold and bought many beautiful homes in the areas we were looking in. Once we set up a call with Andrew, we knew he was our agent. The search for a new home felt helpless before him; we had been looking for most of 2021 with no success (in case someone in the future reads this review and doesn't understand, 2021 was a very difficult year to be a buyer), but once we retained him has our agent, we found our new home within a month. He has amazing connections and we were able to get an off market listing. He was never pushy in the search process and always gave great advice. We were even able to beat out a higher offer thanks to him. He also recommended other great people to work with (go with his recommendations!! We got an amazing rate for our financing). His team is amazing too--thanks Alex and Brandon for everything! If you are looking for a real estate agent, there is no one better to go with. Buying a home is a difficult process, but Andrew and his team make the process so seamless. The house hunt can be an incredibly nerve-racking and uneasy experience, especially in this truly insane market. However, we were fortunate enough that our friend referred us to Andrew. The second we teamed up with him, it was a major weight off our shoulders. We knew we were in good hands and felt confident we'd get a house. And sure enough, shortly thereafter, we did! Recently listed my Los Angeles property on Crescent Heights Blvd. with The Dinsky Team. Andrew and his team were fantastic from first contact through to final close of escrow. One thing that drew me to Andrew as my realtor for selling my house was his consistent contact even before I decided to sell. And when that time came he was there ready willing and able. It was not just all talk. For me being over two hours away from the property meant that Andrew had to take care of a lot of things himself which he did with ease. This took a lot of burden out of the process. His calm approachable demeanor allowed for an open and collaborative working relationship which concluded in a successful (for all parties) and speedy sale.
