I wanted to share some of my experiences with Courtney Budin. I am a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (Mortgage Lender) and have business relationships with literally hundreds of real estate agents per year. The Duncan Duo did such a great job selling my Harbour Island property. I contacted them after a Friend of mine sold a property with them....this friend highly recommended them. I actually listened to their radio show first before calling and it was very informative and it let me know they were very professional and genuine. I heard the Duncan Duo on Ron and Ian in the morning on the radio and was curious how their program works. I called them and after they came out to the house, learned they had several different home selling programs and picked the right one for me. We had the house on the market about 10 days before it went under contract for our asking price. There were a couple of minor inspection issues that their staff worked through. Joe Prieto did a great job of managing the communication between the other broker, lender and title company so we felt like we were kept in the loop. Great experience! Sold my home in a week after 3 other realtors failed in the last few years. They have some creative strategies different than the typical Realtor. I was really impressed considering I think of most realtors as stodgy, old fashioned and a step below car salesmen and attorneys.

Chas didnt waste my time taking me to areas I didnt like or didnt want, or more importantly couldnt afford. Bought in South Tampa. Looking for a while for a property under $200. As I already was aware of the homes were either in poor condition or bought up ASAP. I was really impressed when I learned about The Duncan Duo when I saw their website and all the marketing they do. Its not something Id seen from a real estate company previously and Ive been involved in several home sales. I had met with other Realtors before meeting with them and was really unhappy with the lack of professionalism and energy from some of the stodgy agents Id been in touch with. This group couldnt have been more different technology, social media, videos, they really know how to market homes and get them exposed. If they brand themselves this well and spend this much on marketing, theyve got to sell homes at least that was my thought process and it turned out correct. I got just less than 1% off of my asking price a home priced in the mid 400s and was very happy with the marketing. The photos looked sharp, the communication was solid and I was impressed.so much so Ive got a friend Im sending their way!

I heard about The Duncan Duo on my way to work driving as they are all over the radio. They offered this guaranteed sale program that was intriguing. After meeting with them, the guarantee didnt quite suit my needs but I strongly considered it. I just wasnt in a hurry to move and didnt have a place to go yet. My home took a few months to sell and it went under contract once and fell apart for something they had no control over. But, the beautiful thing is that the 2nd time it went under contract we got an even better price. I was concerned that them knowing the original contract price could hurt me in negotiations or that they may push me to take an offer at that # when one came in, but the opposite happened. The offer came in at the same price of the sale I had before, but they negotiated and helped me get more 5k more than the last offer! My home was a unique home and I really couldnt be more happy with the results.
