Andrew was great to work with. He keeps in contact with us still. BUT, his co-worker gave us false information when we looked at the house in regards to the upkeep of the property. He told us that the city takes care of all the tree trimming and yard work in the area when in fact they do not. That was one of the selling factors of us buying this home with such a big piece of acreage attached. Really sorry we didn't check into it more beforehand.
