This has been the third purchase of a home for my husband and myself which means we have worked with other real estate professionals over the years. Anne does her homework, is extremely knowledgeable about the current markets, listens to what people want and matches people to the home that is right for them. She is realistic with her pricing and has had such successful real estate transactions in the past due to her expertise in this profession and her sincerity with people. She is not pushy which makes you want to buy a house from her. After listening to what people want in a home she is able to point out the aspects of a home which would be perfect for an individual or family. My husband and I met Anne when she was selling a house in Norwood. We did not like that house, but were very impressed with Annes knowledge and pleasant, non-pushy manner. We left that day saying we wanted Anne to sell our house and be our buyers representative in our purchase. It was later that we learned how successful Anne has been in selling real estate and we know it is because of her kind approach to people and her understanding of the process and market. You believe her and I can verify that that trust is well deserved. Anne advised us correctly in what we needed to do to get our house ready to sell we had too much clutter, we needed the walls painted, the floors refinished and some very good pictures taken of our house in Needham. Anne sold our house quickly and got us the price we wanted. Anne found us the perfect house for us in Dedham. We needed to downsize, but still needed enough room for my mother who lives with us. She advised us what we needed to do to beat out the competition which was strong for this house, and we were able to agree on the purchase price for this house within a few hours after seeing it the first day on the market. This house is perfect for our family, and we have been very satisfied with both the price we sold our house for in Needham and the price we paid in Dedham. We used her to look for houses for years and she stuck with us! She knows how to negotiate on both sides exceptionally well. Her contacts in the market also make it great when she sells a house. For our house, she found our buyers as she was selling their house and she helped negotiate the buying of our new house. Our house went on the market during the huge snow of 2015 and she featured it on Fox TV, the Globe to get it sold through her personal connects and leadership in the real estate market. She is a pleasure to work with as well as she has exceptional charisma and she really cares. We were only interested in purchasing a multifamily property, which is a very competitive and stressful process in the Boston area.
