Brian is a 'top notch' realtor who made the recent sale of my condo unit in Waltham a breeze! His knowledge, personality and confidence in his capabilities made what could have been a stressful life changing event a seamless process! He handled far more than I expected from the listing of my unit, the open house, the various inspections to the closing process. This was an out-of-state move for me and Brian's attention to all the details regarding the sale of my unit allowed me to focus on the other responsibilities and arrangements related to my relocation. His proactive communication with me from day one was exceptional! He was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him!

I just finished closing on a first home purchase with Brian, and I can't recommend him highly enough. He knows the Waltham market incredibly well and knows everyone in the business, which is a huge advantage. He was able to work with the seller's agent to get my offer accepted when I didn't think it would be, and to get seller credits to address some issues found in the inspection with no drama. He is super responsive at all hours, usually texting back within minutes. On top of everything Brian is just a really nice person to work with-- friendly, easy going, and reassuring. I always felt like I was in great hands through the whole process.

We were moving to Watertown from Washington DC and came over on Memorial Day weekend just to look at the neighborhood and get a feel for it before getting into full gear house hunting. We saw a house we really liked and reached out to the seller's agent directly. Things turned a bit fishy quickly (they were suggesting we go over asking price, even though the property had been on the market for over a week with no offers, and also putting down a pretty big non-refundable deposit).Since we had no agent of our own, we did a quick Zillow search and found Brian as the top rated agent in the area. Good thing we did! Even though it was a holiday weekend, he was super responsive, and helped us negotiate with the seller's agent and advised us to drop that property and look for other options. We ended up viewing several houses in the area with him that weekend and by the time we were boarding the plane back to DC our offer (below asking) for a brand new property had gotten accepted! He was very knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process (he also helped us getting preapproved for a mortgage) answering our many questions always with a very friendly attitude.He truly cared about us, even after closing day (he still followed up with the seller about some things they agreed to fix but didn't, and even came by to say hi in person once we moved in!)If you are looking to buy a house in the Watertown area, I couldn't recommend Brian's services enough
