Colorado Team was great! I was a first time home buyer and their information and knowledge in the housing market made it easy for me to understand the process of buy a home. Colorado Team always worked around my schedule without wasting a bunch of time or money. I was able to look at homes the same day they came on the market with no sales pitch sales pitch or pressure to buy the home we were currently looking at. The market in Colorado is a lot different then back in Minnesota; competitive. Colorado Team was able to give me the guidance needed to make a competitive offer, while making sure I wasn't "over paying" for my home. It was nice to get my first offer accepted against multiple other buyers. Colorado Team also negotiated a new roof after the homeowner's inspection! As a new home owner I feel confident in the property I purchased and I don't feel as if I was at a "used car lot". All and all I had a great experience and would recommend Colorado Team to any homebuyer!
