Wow, what a team. I didn't know what to expect after having such a good meeting with Purple Bricks in the area. But still a little wary of that model so was referred to Cherrie and Zach by a close friend. Glad I was because they were both so great honest and personable. They were straight shooters, as am I, indicating Purple Bricks was offering a great deal. But what they weren't offering was Cherrie and Zach personalities, familiarity with the SAnta Clarita Valley, and their social media marketing. All top notch. We ended up buying during a seller's market but because of our rockstar realtors, we got a great deal on a beautiful single family home far beyond our expectations. This was largely in part due to the negotiation skills of our main realtor Cherrie who helped us come up with an appealing offer to the seller which kept us competitive. Weve purchased and sold 2 homes with the Rockstars. This time around I considered one of these new online brokerages like REX or purple bricks to save some $ on commission. In the end, I came to the conclusion that Cherrie and Zach are worth every penny. If you want your home sold quick and for top dollar, you need them in your corner. Inevitably there will be some hiccups in the process. What I appreciated was that when Cherrie would call with a problem she always had an accompanying solution. After just 14 days on the market, we had 3 offers all over asking. The offer we accepted was 19k over asking and $44k over our next door neighbors home that had closed the month prior. If youre considering selling, youd be doing yourself a disservice if you dont at least listen to what they have to say.
