My family was relocating from another state to Florida. I originally was working with another realtor and had my flight booked to come out to Florida to look at properties. Two days before my flight I had been unable to get a hold of the realtor for 2 weeks. So, I must confess, I have never been the type to post reviews although I have heavily relied on them over the years. I had a little bit of a unique home sale because I received a work promotion and ended up having to unexpectedly sell my house. My Florida home was my dream home and I had done tons of renovations to the property and I wanted to make sure to maximize the return on those. My relocation company said that the most important thing would be to find a thorough and detail oriented realtor to make the transaction easy because of how challenging the paperwork was... Enter Justin. Justin took care of every single piece of this transaction and was one step ahead of me in every area. If you have ever tried to sell a home from another state, you know that the most important thing is to work with someone you can trust and you believe that they have your best interest in mind. He was present and saw everything through to the finish line. I felt as if I was his only client even though I knew that there was numerous transactions going on at the same time. I was concerned about this because I saw their sign on several homes in the area and didn't want to be just another client or didn't want my home sale not to be a priority.
