My mother passed and left a 3rd party trustee in charge of her estate. We needed to sell a tear down duplex. Very helpful! We were having problems selling our home in the depressed housing market. We switched to Ackerman Realty and we're glad we did. Craig understood our needs and kept a steady stream of potential buyers to view the home. Once he found a buyer he diligently watched out for our interests and made sure the process was completed as quickly as possible. Craig Ackerman's team worked out very well for us in a number of ways. We initially interviewed 5 different real estate agents--however Craig was the only one who showed up with everyone that was needed --including a contractor-- at our very first meeting after an initial call by phone. This showed me how seriously Craig takes his business. The contractor was able to spot a few things that needed updating and we were able to see how the place could be updated to be sellable within several weeks. Craig also was able to provide his estimate for what the property could be listed for, how he came up the number and what he thought might happen in the unclear market immediately post-COVID in March 2021 when we first started. The transformation of the condo was amazing with painting, bathroom update and a few new appliances and we received a great offer within in the context of competition from 3 other units in the same building on the market at the same time. What I appreciated from Craig was his honesty, initiative and determination in getting things on the market and off the market as quickly as possible. Very happy with our result.
