Every single individual we worked with while in the process of buying our home, my husband and I could not believe how great everyone was. Daniel helped us sell three properties in Modesto. He was great at handling the offers, counteroffers, working with the Title company, and keeping me informed every step of the way. He is reachable and available when i have a question, and works to get answers in a timely manner.
Daniel was AMAZING. I'm older and this is not my first rodeo, but Daniel made everything so smooth I didn't really have to pay attention to anything. The communication was regular and thorough and I didn't have to ask for it. I was selling from out of the area and Daniel took care of everything for me, from checking the house before it went on to the market, to communicating with the former property managers, to sending someone from the title company to come out to my home during a pandemic--Daniel took care of it all! A true professional.
