My husband and I just purchased a home in Scottsdale, Arizona. We are Canadian, and relied on Darren and his team very heavily for the demanding job of finding us the perfect vacation home, and all the details involved in buying it. They did an amazing job of filtering through many properties, and finding one that checked off all of our needs. Darren made the process very smooth, and we are extremely happy with our new place. He was professional, friendly and a pleasure to work with. He also helped us immensely in fending the services we needed to get our new home in perfect shape for our move in. We met Darren after researching agents online and he was introduced to us as a land and lot expert who could help us search for a parcel that would allow us to build homes for ourselves and my in-laws on. Due to his experience and knowledge he was quickly able to narrow down our search to the few areas that would work for our price range and needs as well as recommend multiple custom builders who could deliver at the price per square foot we were budgeting for. Over the course of our search we decided to switch gears and see if there were any existing homes that could work for us and were surprised that there were some good options. On our second day out we found the perfect home and even though we had no pre-qualification and were a little behind the eight ball with being ready, Darren managed to help us secure the home against a competing cash offer. The listing agent worked with him in his office and the seller had met us and wanted us to have his home and Darens team put it together and we had a very smooth transaction. From his mortgage broker to his office staff Darren was excellent to work with and we would highly recommend him and his team to anyone. The entire team made us feel comfortable during the home buying process and kept us aware of updates quickly.

After our first visit with Darren and Chris we gave up the idea of talking with various agents before deciding who to list with. We were already talking to the best of the best and decided immediately to move forward with Darren and Chris. We used Darren and his group to assist us with selling our home, as well as purchasing a new home. Right from the start Darren was professional, polite and very knowledgeable about both the location and the market of our existing home, as well as the new area we were looking in 45 minutes away.
