Working with Anzlie was a fantastic experience from start to finish! I moved from Utah to Portland and didn't have a lot of knowledge on the local area, but Anzlie was very knowledgeable and offered great insights into the various neighborhoods I was looking at. Anzlie is an excellent communicator and very responsive. I had a lot of questions on the process and she was there to answer them all quickly, allowing me to make the best decisions on buying. Anzlie is very personable and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process, like I had a friend who was really looking out for my interests. We toured a lot of homes during my search and she never ran out of patience or energy for finding the right place for me. Once under contract, her skills in negotiation and collaboration really shined. I had a few challenges in sorting out the final details with the seller and Anzlie always had a plan and proposals to offer up to navigate to an acceptable resolution. Garrett is an amazing realtor! He is attentive, flexible and responsive. We were outbid on our home and thought we lost it. However, the original winner backed out of the deal. The sellers realtor came back to the original bidders to see if they wanted to rebid. Garretts responsiveness and commitment hadus under contract the same day. He listened to our needs and found a home in a great neighborhood and an even better school district (MUCH needed for our kiddo). We were kept informed up to the minute and he was a whiz at negotiation. We will always recommend him for buying in Washington and will look to use him again when we finally move on to the next home. Garrett has our complete trust and loyalty into the future.

Jon was an amazing agent to work with. He first researched houses that met our requirements; then he took us on countless trips to see a gazillion properties, sometimes more than once. He was always available, knew the details of each property and communicated very clearly. All of this was extremely helpful, especially because my wife and I were new to the Portland metro area. He was patient, professional but also fun to be around throughout this whole process (because let's face it, buying a home can be daunting), and he ultimately led us to purchase a great house we very much love.

Cori was absolutely amazing to work with. She was exactly what I wanted out of a realtor: knowledgeable, hard-working (she found us so many great options), patient (I never once felt any sort of pressure from her), and honest. When we would go look at places together my fiance and I would of course swoon over the cute little things, but Cori helped us to not just look at the great sides of house options but also to notice red flags and to learn what exactly we were looking for in a house. All in all I couldn't imagine going through the home buying process without Cori's help, I can't recommend her highly enough!

As first time buyers, my partner and I were pretty overwhelmed at the process of purchasing a home. It's a lot of money, and it's a big decision. Jon was a tremendous aid from start to finish. He was attentive to our parameters, honest about our options, and thoughtful in our decision making process. Ultimately, he helped to land us in our dream home (he says he knew it was the one before we did :)). In the first few months, he was a great help in connecting us with contractors and repair professionals as we settled into the space. He continues to check in on our over 2 years later. When my husband and I were first looking for a house, we stopped in to an open house that John was showing and told him about our plans and timeline. Even though he knew we weren't planning to buy for several more months, he spoke to us for over an hour about the ins and outs of home buying, what to look for, and how to prepare. He is attentive, kind, and patient (especially with us anxious newbies). As long as we're in OR we will only have John as our realtor.
