Dylan Hoffman

The Hoffman team was outstanding. This was my first time as a seller and Dylan and his team guided me through the complete process. He predicted I would close by June and sure enough I did close at the end of June. Communication was outstanding. Any questions I had was answered very quickly. Every Monday Dylan gave me an update on the progress of my listing. For example, how many people showed up to the open houses etc. I will hire the Hoffman team again when I buy or sell my next property for sure!!

Dylan helped me to sell my one-bedroom walkup in Chelsea. He gave advice on what renovations were needed to maximize sale price, did the staging and photography, and of course handled the listing. We were able to sell after just a few private showings, for almost 15% over the original asking price.He and his team handled my many questions throughout promptly (first time seller), and were a pleasure to deal with. Dylan knows how to market and sell, and he works extremely hard to get the best outcome for his clients. I know this from two sales cycles. I can't recommend Dylan and his team highly enough.Dylan worked very hard for me both times he helped me buy and then sell an apartment.
