We met Hayley at an open house where she was representing the sellers. Both my husband and I were immediately impressed with her demeanor, professionalism, and how knowledgeable she was about the property. We had been to numerous other open houses where agents couldn't get their facts straight even after going through the MLS sheet. We had not appointed an agent yet and could see how she would be a great fit with what we were looking for in an agent.Once back home, I went through Yelp, Zillow, and other property sites to see if others shared our first impression of her. And there it was - consistent five-star ratings and all-around glowing reviews. We set up an appointment at her office to kick-off our first-time home-buying journey.And what a challenging ride it was: Starting with a totally disengaged seller's agent to the property not appraising initially we ran into every possible buying-related roadblock. However, Hayley was there with us every step of this crazy journey surpassing all our expectations. She was such a calming influence promptly addressing every question or concern from us. I cannot keep count of the number of times Hayley had to play counselor to help us keep our sanity intact during this process (after-hours too given both of our crazy work schedules). We used her recommended team of professionals - from attorney to bank agent and they were all exceptional.Another thing that Hayley had me in awe of was her attention to detail. She educated us throughout this process, pointing out things that no detailed guide or checklist could provide. It was this attention to detail that also helped us when the property did not appraise at the initial-offer price and she was able to uncover discrepancies with the reported square footage. Hayley got into total investigator mode, advised us not to pay the remaining earnest money amount and made sure that we had the upper hand in all the negotiations. She also made sure that we did not make an emotional decision since I was so invested in the property.Hayley has some of the fiercest negotiation skills I have ever seen (doing justice to every one of her negotiation credentials). She played it cool in the toughest situations with the sellers playing extreme hardball and helped us get an insanely good deal for the Lincoln Park area!!Throughout this process, it was so clear that she cared about our interests and this was not a mere transaction. In Hayley, we have found a friend and real estate agent for the long-haul. We were looking for a new construction home in Chicago and just not finding what we wanted. Haley went out of her way to find us a home that wasn't even listed yet. The home was about 75% completed and the minute we walked in, we could tell that the quality far exceeded any other home we had looked at. The builder was asking more than we could afford, but Haley did an excellent job of showing him comps and bringing the price down to one that worked for us. She has been very easy to reach and communicate with and has been with us all the way through closing. Haley helped us find our dream home!

Hayley is an absolutely amazing realtor and person!We were at our wits end with another realtor. Our beautiful home in a great part of the city was not selling at all and we were flummoxed. Our home had been on the market for 7 months! Although we had talked with our realtor and expressed dismay, nothing was happening.As you can imagine having a house on the market for any time, let alone 7 months while having a toddler at home is a nightmare!To make a long story short, I met Hayley not as a realtor but in another capacity. Hayley came highly recommended to me by a friend and I was so grateful. Hayley was so accessible and communication was a breeze. I contacted her initially while she was on a family vacation (I didn't know that) but she responded quickly and begun pulling comps on her flight back! For our initial meeting to discuss the sale of our home, she was so well prepared and versed with our home. She already had a smart price and who are target buyers would be. We really were initially going to test the water with our home to see what the feedback was and Hayley was totally fine with taking us on. She gave us great tips on how to declutter and stage. Before buying our first condo, I sent automated emails through Zillow to several different agents. For many, I got generic responses and added to their spam email lists (no, I don't want to see all your hot new properties I didn't ask about). For others, I didn't get any kind of response.Hayley, on the other hand, contacted me personally. She was very friendly without being aggressive or pushy. We decided to use her services to find our first condo.Throughout the entire process, Hayley was helpful, friendly, and personable. She is always quick to reply to texts, emails or phone calls. She really understood our needs and worked hard to find a place we'd love. She really shined after we found our perfect place. Hayley set up multiple showings and answered all our questions. We didn't even meet the selling agent until our final walkthrough. When it came time to make an offer, Hayley was a fierce negotiator and got us a great deal! All in all, Hayley was a perfect agent for my wife and I. Hayley reached out to me when I had questions several months prior to listing our 2bd/2bath Lakeview condo on the market. Without knowing we would utilize her services in the future she agreed to meet with us and provide us with information on what we could do to maximize the sale of our home. We did end up listing with her and we had a contract over asking price within 24 hours of going to market. Hayley is a go-getter, she is competitive and professional, she was readily available to us and our unending list of questions. She exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend her to anyone in the market looking to buy or sell a home.

Hayley was seriously a godsend and I would recommend her a million times over! This was not our first time purchasing a home, and she was definitely not the first realtor we've worked with. However, she topped them all. We came in to this thinking we would wait about 6 months before actually purchasing a home, but actually ended up finding one we loved with in 2 weeks. But, the home we lived in was not even listed yet- it also was not in the greatest area. Regardless, in order to get this new home, we had to sell our home almost immediately. Other homes on our exact same block had been on the market for 8 months all the way up to 2 years!! Needless to say, we weren't very confident. But, Hayley helped us stage our home and prep it for a sale. She also had professional photographers come and take listing photos. She listed and sold our home (with multiple offers) within a week!!! Then that offer fell through and she found another buyer 3 days later! It was insane. Because of that we were able to purchase the new home on the same day we sold our other home. There was a lot of craziness in between the listing and closings, which was all out of our control, but she handled everything like a pro and helped keep me sane. She knows what she's doing and knows the business, plus she can refer you to so many people from attorneys, to lenders, to handy men, and even movers. She was definitely a pleasure to work with and if you are searching for a realtor, trust me when I tell you she's the one!
