They know the local market very well, and were able to recommend great contractors (cleaning, junk removal, landscape) as needed. We had an accepted offer within a week of putting the house on the market and ultimately sold for $10,000 above asking price after receiving multiple offers.

He always answered my calls and if he wasn't available when i caledl he would always get back to me the same day that I called.
