I had the pleasure of meeting Carol Williams through a friend who recommended I find a house in Georgia with Carol and her team. Moving from NH I had never been to Georgia and was very nervous about such a big move. From the moment we spoke on the phone, I knew we would find a house together. She listened to me. I had the honor of being put into contact with Stefanie through a coworker. Stefanie is hard working and always on top of communication. We met up various times to look at properties for when I was available after work and she didn't mind going back to properties to reanalyze whether this was the place. She was patient, and knew what questions to ask for various items like pet policy, rental restrictions, HOA dues, HOA inclusions, amenities, parking, etc. Because of this I was able to have an accurate picture of what it would be like to purchase and live in the place I even knew how far I would have to commute to my car from unit to parking spot. Stefanie's truly amazing character shone through when we had a signed contract with a difficult seller and clueless seller's real estate agent. The process was a beast on it's own, but Stefanie always kept in contact and let me know what was going on so I wasn't too surprised. She knew when to reach out for assistance and ask advice from her broker, and when to reach out to the lawyers. The settlement process was painful, but it would have been much worst without Stefanie. She always looked out for me and gave great advice. Though this closing and communication behind the scenes probably tested her patience, she always communicated with a smile and wonderful attitude. Ben helped us make the process as easy as possible and was there from start to finish. We built a house and my builder didn't show up at closing, but my realtor did! He obviously cared about us and wanted to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. We never felt overwhelmed when Ben was helping us. I'd definitely recommend him!

I decided in early November that it was time to sell my home and move on. At the time I didn't really have a set plan but figured everything would come together. I was referred to Janice by some friends and upon our first meeting I knew she was the right real estate agent for me. She is very responsive to all questions and with the staging expert it was easy for me to get the house in shape to sell. Given that the holidays were approaching, we decided to wait until the New Year to put in the house on the market. Before the New Year arrived, I had a job offer in another state and now needed to house to sell fairly quickly so I could move and not have to worry about returning. We listed on December 31, and the amazing marketing plan put forth by Janice's team, brought multiple offers in seven days. She was very experienced in handling multiple offers and even discussed the pros and cons about entering into bidding wars. I ended up closing in early February. Through out the entire process Janice was very professional and remained calm, she is worth every penny to have her and her husband on your side in the negotiations. I would definitely use her again.

Being a first time home buyer and being new to the area Ben was beyond helpful. He walked me through the whole process and went above and beyond. I have a really tight work schedule and I wasn't able to meet the carpet installation guy and the home inspector exactly when they arrived. So Ben came early to let those guys in while I headed there to meet everybody. Just an all around great guy.
