Jeremy was wonderful to work with! He was always quick to respond to our texts/calls and helped us learn about the areas of Austin to decide what was right for us. He helped us every step of the way as first-time homebuyers and made the process fun. He worked with our schedule to show us houses, on weekends and weeknights, whatever was most convenient for us. When we asked for recommendations/opinions throughout the process, he gave us his opinion but made it clear the decision was ultimately up to us. I will be recommending Jeremy to my friends!

Regardless to how silly or mundane the questions might be. What we most liked about Jeremy was a how personable he is. We consider him a friend and think anybody that has an opportunity to work with him would be lucky. Truly a fantastic person to work with.

I have used Jeremy several times over the years as my realtor, and he is the best! I am a property investor, so I need to get the lowest possible purchase price, and he always manages to get the prices down more than I could have imagined. On the selling end, I’ve always gotten list price or above on my properties after being on the market only a few weeks. He is very knowledgeable of the Austin area markets, as he’s lived here for years, so he is able to provide me with accurate information so I can make a sound selection on the right property to purchase. So far, I’ve made a good profit on every flip, and I will definitely continue to use Jeremy and his team.

- Wanda BJeremy, Hillary and their whole team were absolutely amazing! They were very friendly, helpful and not afraid to go to bat for me when my closing hit a major road bump. You don't find truly good people that often in the business world but Hillary and Jeremy are the best kind of people.My lender made some mistakes causing a 2 day delay in my agreed closing date. The seller tried to take advantage of the situation to get out of contract so she could sell to a higher offer. Hillary and Jeremy stood up for what was right and were by my side the entire time. They got the buyer to come to her senses and got the lender to make restitution.My new house is perfect and I don't plan on going anywhere. Which means, unfortunately, I don't see myself being able to work with them again anytime soon. However, I strongly recommend that anyone who is in the real estate market choose Jeremy and Hillary as the people on their side. You won't regret it.Best decision I made when buying my new house!

Buying a house from an angry divorced couple is about as easy as it sounds.Jeremy was very communicative with us and made sure that we got the best deal possible.
