Jeremy was AMAZING to work with. I've recommended him to several friends already. He walked us through the entire process of listing and selling our home to the offer and purchase of our new home. The other realtors we had used previously waited for us to bring them homes we wanted to tour, but Jeremy brought us many we had not seen. He was especially helpful at inspection for the new home and wouldn't budge on closing until the previous owners made repairs that HAD to be done. We will without a doubt be working with him again for our next purchase!!

Jeremy was a lifesaver! I HAD to find a place to buy ASAP due to a flood in previous rental and 3 subsequent months in a motel~ with 2 dogs!! Calm, cool, totally accommodating and oh, so FUNNY Jeremy swept in and found me a great condo despite MY MANY limiting parameters in a scarce buyers market. Jeremy’s optimistic attitude and ability to accommodate even the hardest to please of family members are only two of his multiple trademark qualities , (just ask my “discerning” big sister). No matter one’s needs, budget, time frame... Jeremy treats all his clients with respect, kindness, understanding and dignity His full spectrum knowledge of the whole process is amazing. Don’t ask this man a question as a buyer or seller if you’re not ready for the spot on, honest answer~ yet, all in a very legal, diplomatic, politically correct manner. The most FUN? ~His vast knowledge of the history of many home’s nuances, architecture, neighborhood etc... and if you ask nicely, FABULOUS decorating ideas. Jeremy is totally CONNECTED and has a great history/reputation in real estate and various other creative markets. This was incredibly helpful during my buying process. Jeremy Larsen is a positive, smart and successful Realtor who is PASSIONATE about helping others. I’m blessed and proud to call him my Realtor and my friend. I highly recommend him for ANY position.
