I hoped this would be true, but was skeptical, because we priced the home he listed very aggressively. Sure enough, we sold it for over asking -- IN 8 DAYS! Jim's marketing expertise is unparalleled -- his flyers and mailers were incredibly well-thought-out and produced with a polish usually reserved for fashion magazines. His secret sauce, though, is his photographer. The photos he produced of my home were unlike any others I have seen in MLS listings (and I've seen thousands -- I'm an investor who looks at comp pictures every day). The lighting was Hollywood-perfect and really showed the home at its best. These pics showed up on the MLS, of course, but were also used in all the ancillary marketing. They were instrumental in the success we had with this listing. Jim's team were really good at what they do, making the process almost invisible to me.
