Jordan Davis Team

Jordan was the best Realtor me and my family have come in contact with. We have purchased and sold four homes all throughout the country, all with different realtors. Jordan and her team were the best thus far. We have a son with cerebral palsy and required a certain floor plan. Jordan searched all over Mansfield and Grand Prairie until we found a house that we could turn into a home. Jordan remained patient with us and provided answers for all our questions. I will always refer friends and family to her, and she will definitely be the first to call if we sell or invest in more property.

She was great from the beginning to the end. I would tell all my friends to use Jordan for all of their real estate needs. She was on time for all of the appointments at each house. She was very knowable about the house we looked at.

This is the first time I've ever used a Realtor to SELL a house. My previous 2 houses I sold myself. Didn't have the time or interest to sell this one myself. It had been a rent house for 15 years and I knew I'd have my hands full with renovations and updates. I'm glad Jordan was our Realtor. I felt she was really working for us (I've bought houses thru realtors before and I couldn't tell if they were working for the buyer or the seller) . But, Jordan made us feel like we were her only client, although I know we were not. Sure there were hickups along the way, but selling a house is never a perfect process. Jordan worked hard to make the whole process as smooth and painless as possible. Communication was great. Her staff, especially Charles, was great at getting the proper documents to us in a timely manner. I will recommend Jordan to my friends and family when they're in the market for another home.

Worked with Jordan to sell my house and Sara to buy my new one. Made profit on my house and bought my new house for under appraisal. Super easy. Super helpful. Loved the whole process.

Jordan and Bart were great! I was not looking for an agent at the time, but they kept in touch and gave me good advice. If I used an agent after my remodel, I wanted a solid no nonsense professional that would handle the deal and get top dollar for all our hard work. They did just that! They helped with color choices, carpet, and priority decisions. Found a couple of great vendors to help, and kept tabs on everything until we were ready. Then they killed the open house, and got offers right away. They followed up well, monitored the buyers situation, and took care of everything right through close.
