Josh, Jon, and Danielle (the Josh Cooley team) Were phenomenal to work with. At no point in time did I ever feel out of touch with the sale of our property. I'd like to say they were always there when I called with a question but the majority of the time they were calling me to explain the answers before I had questions. I make my living selling, and have always felt as if the product is only part of the buying/selling process. These guys & gals have the customer service part down. I was concerned because everybody I talked to said that selling their home was one of the most stressful things they have ever done but at no point in time did I feel that was the case.
