When we started the process to move from our home of 30 years, we met with three brokers to determine who we wanted to work with; as soon as we met Kristen Dailey we knew we wanted to work with her because she went the extra mile in the first meeting. We are so happy that we chose her. Kristen tells you exactly the way it is, she doesn't sugarcoat anything, you always know where you stand, which was very important to us. As stressful as the whole process can be sometimes, she always kept her cool and did whatever she thought was best for us. We were the number one concern and it was very evident in every situation we encountered. During the inspection of the home we were selling, she really fought for us and saved us time and money. Also, it was such a tough market when we were looking to buy last year, properties were selling in a day; therefore, you needed to move fast and Kristen was available at anytime of the day or night. Kristen is very passionate about what she does and it shows time after time. On a side note, Kristen has a great sense of humor which we really appreciated during the process. We are in the house we wanted and Kristen did everything to get us there. I actually miss her!

Best real estate professional ever. She walked me through the house with suggestions for removing things and adding things to make the house have more appeal. She used a professional photographer with a drone to take great pictures. The open house had over 50 people and within a day or two we had 3 generous offers.
