This was my third time working with Jodilynn on a mortgage, I have now worked with her twice as a buyer and once as a seller. Clayton was amazing from beginning to end and we were not easy clients. Once we found the house we wanted he made so many things happens for us in a short amount of time(ex. Electrician, pool inspector, home inspector etc). He really went above and beyond what we could have expected. He also is just a good person and a feel like we will keep in touch for a long time. Another thing I particularly appreciated is he explains complicated things very well so you don’t feel confused at all during the process which we were worried about as first time home buyers.
