Leon is the nicest most patient person youll ever meet. The sellers broker in my purchase was super antagonistic and often rude. Leon maintained being the voice of reason in the whole process and ensured everything went smoothly.Hes super responsive, even nights & weekends. My questions went far beyond the scope of the transaction to renovation & decor advice. Leon was super helpful for all it.

I worked with Leon Goldfield and Ali Shulman at Yoreevo. Most of my contract was with Leon and I found him to be an absolutely top professional in all regards. He knows real estate, he knows the market, and he knows sales. As a bonus, he is a pleasure to deal with, understanding, patient and empathetic - all good qualities in a professional guiding you through a difficult transaction. Leon took on my UWS listing just before COVID shut everything down. But he stuck with me throughout until the market returned and supported me throughout.As a bonus Yoreevo provides as high a level of services as "full price" brokers but at 40% or less of their fees. Having been a realtor myself many, many years ago as well as having done at least 20 R.E. transactions on my own properties I don't have much patience with underperforming R.E. professionals. Leon, Ali and Yoreevo met or exceeded my expectations in all regards at all times. I recommend them unhesitatingly.
