Lindsey quickly learned our taste and our priorities. He helped us find an amazing house in Fremont that we managed to snatch off the market even before the first open house. We were able to waive all contingencies thanks to the amazing coordination and prep work done by Lindsey and Casey (our lender who Lindsey introduced us to). This prep work was no easy task since we were first time buyers in the US with only 3 years of credit history (we previously lived in Europe). Will definitely use both Lindsey and Casey again for our next real estate transaction.

Initially I just wanted to know more information or possibly view a property I found on Zillow and requested a callback and Lindsey called me within an hour. He asked a few questions about what I might be looking for and I explained that I just started looking and provided a few prerequisites and we met a few days later to discuss in more detail and to view properties. My experience with agent Lindsey Gudger couldn't have been any better. Not only did Lindsey work incredibly hard around the clock to find us the perfect place, the whole team worked tirelessly to get our deal over the finish line. First let me start by saying that my husband and I had a real estate agent we had intended to work with, but after one showing with Lindsey and receiving speedy follow through and additional listings that were exactly what we were looking for, he won us over quickly with his drive to help us find the perfect home. I had a great team. They helped answer all my questions and really helped me through a rough patch in selling my house. I had to replace my entire septic system. My experience with this team was my first (and only so far) experience in real estate. Hard to describe just how good this team is. We reached out via Zillow several months ago and received a call back almost immediately. We started out Search over a year ago in south Seattle but after re-evaluating our true needs (with the help of our amazing agent) we ended up North of the ship canal in a new construction townhome. Lindsey took me to a West Seattle new construction town home on Wednesday, I loved it, and I decided to put an offer on it that evening. Despite leaving for a vacation in Hawaii next morning Lindsey got the offer ready and submitted it Wednesday evening. Incredible. Even though it was 2 years ago I still think back on my experience with absolute satisfaction. Being an out of state buyer is tough especially in a market as hot as Seattle's. Lindsey gave me a strategy that I was totally impressed with and then took me on skype tours of all the homes that fit our plan. One day out looking and we found a house, 2 days later we were under contract. Then came a rough inspection but Lindsey (and his team) handled it with ease; calling on 2 experts to evaluate the risks of this particular home. Once we had a dollar figure associated with the flaws Lindsey went to bat and got me more than we needed off the purchase price. It's hard to convey just how easy this process felt (even though I know, behind the scenes it was much tougher). I'd use the Search in Seattle Team again in a heartbeat.
