She is above and beyond what I expected a good realtor to be. She is extremely personable and knowledgeable when it comes to the Atlanta market. We were nervous at first about using a team versus a single agent, but quickly realized that we more than made the right choice. Nina helped us move at lightening speed to list our house very quickly - and we were under contract just as fast! Shannon was a dream to work with in looking for and buying our next home. Her knowledge of the market, neighborhoods, and expert eye in evaluating homes was invaluable. She was quite knowledgeable or not only the market but also the area where we were selling and purchasing. Her negotiation skills are TOP NOTCH. She also will tell you the truth - not simply what you want to hear. She had our house sold in 3.5 days of being on the market - the week before Thanksgiving. Simply the best.... The Suits team is also fantastic to work with - they were quite helpful and very responsive...The team understands the processes and anticipated things that were coming. Sometimes my questions were answered before I had the chance to send the email. Highly recommend the Suits Team!!!
