Madison was a delight to work with. She provided us with the step by step process that would take place to list and sell our home. The services she provided as part of her commitment to us including staging, cleaning services, and help to find vendors to fix minor issues so the house was ready to list. Madison's communication skills are excellent and she never left us in the dark. We knew exactly when each task was going to be completed. She was very helpful with the title company as well once we received our offer. We sold our house in 2 days after listing!!

I don't normally write reviews, but feel that I have to recommend Madison so that other first time buyers can benefit from her as I did! I cannot emphasize enough that you will not find a better, more talented negotiator. When I started searching for a real estate agent, I contacted many agents and was thrown off by how quickly I was redirected to side staff or not taken seriously as a first time buyer. Madison was the exact opposite; from the beginning she made it clear that she would be there from day one to answer any questions, help with difficult decisions, and advocate for the best buy. Not only is she perhaps the most responsive person you will ever work with, she is clearly an expert in her field. At every showing, she demonstrated impeccable knowledge of building construction, spotting flaws and downsides to potential homes that completely went over my head. She was up front and honest when she thought a home was over priced, never pressuring and always taking into account your own preferences. She helps you come to your own decision on what you want in home, and what trade offs you are willing to make while also providing great insight into the long term value of a home. The end result speaks for itself, Madison got me into my dream home in one of the hottest sellers markets in recent history. There were multiple offers on the home I ended up purchasing, and through incredible negotiation and tact, Madison ended up getting me the place 30,000 LESS than other offers. I cannot understate the value that Madison brings. If you value professionalism, responsiveness, and integrity Madison is an easy choice. Not only was she the perfect choice for helping me find the right home, she is a pleasure to work with. Start to finish she helps your figure out home loans, all the way to finding a contractor to work on modifications even after closing. In a review I would always try to include downsides or problems as well, but the experience with Madison was flawless from day one. Put simply, she is the perfect choice for a real estate agent all around, and I can not recommend her enough!

Selling a home of 25 years can very stressful, so we interviewed 8 realtors before choosing to work with Madison. We gave everyone the same information, a series of questions and an in person meeting. We decided on Madison because she is smart, knowledgeable, a good communicator and she works with a great team.
