Maria has been my realtor for a long time. She helped me find and purchase my first home back in 2011, and negotiated a price within my range. Throughout the years, I made renovations to my property and occasionally reached out to Maria for advice on which changes would increase the property value. She was always happy to give input, and quick to respond. Just a month ago in 2017 Maria helped me sell my property. I had a quick sale with an offer at full price, and she helped me through the whole process. I love that she's easy to get a hold of, professional, and passionate about her career. I've also had pleasant experiences over the course of the seven years that I've worked with her regarding recommendations she's made on a handyman and legal representation for the house sale. There isn't a better realtor out there. I highly recommend her!
