Mary Jo and her husband Mike are the best realtors. They were so patient with me and this tough market. They encouraged me to not give up and in doing so we found a wonderful place. These two together are so sweet, kind, professional and efficient. I could text and call anytime and would always get a response. I could see houses as soon as they were listed and always had a chance to get a first offer in. These two are incredibly good at what they do and I am so thankful for their time and assistance in getting the perfect place.

We were moving to the Phoenix area for two new jobs as physicians. We had a very small window of time to find a house in the very hot housing market. We recently purchased a home in Mesa, Arizona, remotely (from St. Charles, MO!). A real estate agent in Missouri connected us to Mary Jo out in Arizona. The last house we purchased was almost 26 years ago and this time, we were relying completely on an agent 1400+ miles away. Needless to say, we were very anxious at first. However, Mary Jo went above and beyond so many times. She did numerous Face Time walk throughs with us and provided us with HONEST opinions and insight. Both Mary Jo and Mike Santistevan were extremely responsive and helpful with all aspects of buying a house, from responding to messages and arranging showings quickly, to arranging inspections, and getting paperwork done. Their experienced eyes when seeing properties were also very helpful.

Mary Jo sold our home in Ahwatukee. We corporately relocated and she was wonderful. The process is more complicated than a standard sale with lots of red tape. Mary Jo was very knowledgeable with all of the in and outs. She also helped us handle some last minute (sort of large) projects being done on our home after we moved out of state. (Which is so rare in today's times) She will hold your hand through the arduous process when selling or buying a home, and she has always been able to find a solution for me when outrageous things happen during escrow. (i.e. Someone breaks into your home while in escrow... If your home falls out of escrow... Huge repair costs come back from the buyer... etc.) If she is available to work for you, I would definitely not hesitate when looking for a qualified and competent realtor.
