This comment will age in time, but when it comes to the 2021/22 housing market, we all know the scenario. You visit house after house make several bids only to be denied and lose out. If it weren't for Melissa Mayer from Compass I think we would have just given up and walked away. Melissa did a phenomenal job of keeping our hopes up, following up with us even months of housing inventory being unavailable. There was no sales pressure into trying to just settle on something just so that she can get a commission. She generally cared and wanted us to be happy in making the right choice. You can also tell that she has a solid reputation with a lot of other Realtors. Whenever we brought her name up it was always a response of "she's amazing" or "you guys are in great hands". Finally, even after finding our home was Melissa is still following up making sure that we're okay.I've worked with several realtors in my time whose sole purpose is just to collect that commission check. Melissa is not one of those people. If you're looking for a realtor I highly suggest working with Melissa and Compass. You will not regret it, even a little bit.
