I hadn't planned on purchasing a condo but with COVID I decided a bigger space would help with so much time at home. Where do I even begin? Sarah literally came to my partner and mine's rescue as we ventured onto the path towards home ownership. You think your realtor is supposed to help you buy a home or sell but Sarah offers so much more-- she ended up being my financial advisor, therapist, stager, and champion! I sold at a time that the market was changing (slowing down) and she helped me price appropriately, finding comps that reflected the character and special features of the home since pricing was all over the place. She provided recommendations for contractors to help spruce up the yard and interior, and they were honest about what work really needed to be done to facilitate the sale, what I could skip, and what I could do myself (saved $). She solicited high quality professional photos, and she advised me on how to declutter and helped me stage to save $ on professional staging. She followed up with every agent who visited the house to solicit feedback, set up facebook ads, the works. Even though it was early in the spring, I got three offers after 1 week, all above asking. I felt very well taken care of and we were in constant communication. We were on the phone very late into the night the evening we got the offers and she seemed to manager the buyer's agents quite well. I would readily recommend Sarah to anyone!!!

Had a great overall experience with Sarah and was able to secure our home on our first offer. She was very flexible with hours (even showing in the evening on a Friday night). When crunch time rolled around she was very quick to respond to ensure our offer was taken first. She definitely knows the market and is in tune with what is happening in Seattle's evolving environment.The only feedback I have is that I wished we had gotten some more suggestions from her on properties she felt like we might be interested in. It could be that the market simply did not have a ton of properties available but I felt like I was doing all of the searching on my own and she was just there to let me in the door.Overall I would recommend Sarah and would work with her again as she got the job done on a house we wanted, in a very competitive environment, in a timely fashion.

She was able to set-up appointments on short notice and was very good at pulling together the offers when we had short deadlines.
