Not only did she sell our home in less than two weeks but she was able to get us more than our asking price. Our house was a unique listing because it included two parcels. The house was located on a 1.5 acres lot along with another 1.5 acres of land. Chelsea had the idea of contacting the owner of land that surrounded our land parcel to see if they were interested in buying it. To our surprise, they did! Sold a Single Family home in 2017 in Puyallup, WA.Josh is the non realtor, realtor. I have had other realtors represent me and have always considered realtors a necessary evil to list and buy property, but in the end provide zero value, and I would consider them to be a waste of money. Josh has shown me that a good agent really does provide value and is what an agent should be. Example, when I switched to use Josh the first property Josh listed for me was a property I had previously listed with a different agent. Under the previous agent that listing, which did go into contract, the entire process wasn't smooth to say the least. Starting from negotiating the offer all the way through inspection the process was frustrating, unprofessional, and border line hostile between my agent and me, and between my agent and the other agent. In short, it was a complete joke. Needless to say that sale fell apart. Josh took the exact same house, a higher listing price and not only had an offer in 4 days but had it closed in 22 days from listing. It was smooth, relaxing, and very professional and showed the value a real agent provides. Yes, we all have friends who are agents. Do you want to use an agent just because they are your friend? Or do you want to use an agent that is a REAL REALTOR? Be smart go with the real Realtor and use Josh. You will not only be glad you went with a real professional, but you will gain also a great friend at the same time.

If there were 10 stars I would give the whole team 10 stars. Our home purchase would of never happened if Shawn and his team were not willing to go the extra mile for us.
