He helped me consider a home not just on my housing preference and budget, but my lifestyle and future life plans and goals. He was extremely transparent, making mention that while he is knowledgable and can answer 99.9% of the questions you ask; he will always find the correct answer for you if he happens to not know it. In term of showing, he did extremely well and he was able to give us his best advice in a multiple offer situation. We were able to view four properties, make an offer, and have said offer accepted in one day! Furthermore, Dale has great connections with great people when it comes to closing. Anyone he recommended to me regarding the closing process gave me the same great service as he did. To wrap up this review, I also want to make mention of his commitment to those he serves. I am person who does not drive due to a visual impairment--Dale was able to help me get back and forth to the house during part of the closing process. OUTSTANDING is an understatement! My wife and I viewed many different homes, changed our minds about what we were looking for many times and they accommodated us in everyway. We viewed homes in the rain and even on the weekend ( Thanks Amie Gallagher). Some documents had to be scanned and resent numerous times for editing. This process was difficult with me being overseas and my wife taking care of everything but we were well taken care of by the entire team. Even at closing my wife was trying to sign the documents and my kids were restless and Amie offered to walk around with them so she could get it all finished. Rick is amazing and a pleasure to work with.
