We narrowed down our selection of choosing a realtor to 2 people - Realtor "A" and Tony. Realtor A arrived with an assistant and a tape measure, suggested a selling price but defensive when asked how the price was arrived at. Tony arrived at our home on Day 1 totally prepared, having gone to the City to retrieve the home stats as well as a report of recently sold comps. Tony suggested we set the asking price $40,000 HIGHER than Realtor A. Everything Tony said he was going to do, he did! All phone, text and emails were returned in a timely manner. Tony knows the market, he knows the sellers and he knows the neighborhood. The house sold for $5,000 over asking!!!

Tony was a pleasure work with. He was knowledgeable of the local market, hard working and expertly guided me through the sales process. He was always willing to answer my questions in a timely manner, no matter how big or small the question. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their house.

Tony was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was patient with us as we are first time buyers. He was respectful of our personal taste and never pushed to show us a property that was out of our price range. He always had useful suggestions which helped us to see the potential of some homes and the potential problems in others. I would definitely recommend him.

Tony was working for the seller and the home was an older house in good condition. He was a good guy selling a good house. We offered the list price on the first day even though it was way over market. Tony went through many hoops to make the sale work for us (we were allowed to work directly with him, because our needs were complicated). So, he served us, the buyer. But when it came to getting the house ready, getting an instant offer in a bad market, getting a premium above market and sticking to the price agreed, Tony served his seller extremely well. He also was an honest guy. When we were about to make an offer, he let us know that nobody else had even looked at the house. So later when he had other offers, he honored our offer, but also held us to our price. Everything he told us was true (good and bad), and the house has been great. Yet he kept our expectations in check, such as letting us know the best schools were hard to get into and the property tax would probably go up. So his help was on making everything work long term for everybody. I wish he had talked the sellers out of closing the sale of this house on the same day as the close of the house they were buying. But in his defense, it would have worked out better if my lender had not been so idiotic, and there had not been a blizzard.

A job well done. Thank you for all your hard work, we don't intend on moving for a long time but if and when we do we wouldn't dream of calling anyone else. You are a true professional and most importantly you listened. Thank you for finding us a House we love to call Home.

Buying a home can be stressful, but Tony Murphy was there every step of the way to help with anything and also to help explain everything that was going on. I was selling my house on my own. I started to work with Tony shortly after I had a deal on my house fall through. Once my deal fell through I signed on with Tony. With Tony's help I ended up selling the house for $35,000 more then I was getting on my own.
