She is excellent at locating the property that you are looking for and following up on small details in every way. I would highly recommend her. When I gave Tonya the criteria for the homes we were looking for, granite, wood floors, swimming pool in neighborhood, lease out time average two to four weeks she was right on with the properties we purchased. Mark from the Tonya Peek Group was an excellent agent. He listened to our needs and thought out of the box to show us homes we would love. We interviewed 5 agents and all of them set us up with similar listings and houses to see on mls before we selected an agent.
