Having grown up in the bay area and relocating back from NY with a large tech company, we had no shortage of referrals for real estate brokers. Trang is amazing at real estate. She helped us find and buy our home when we moved to the east bay, and now helped us sell it as we relocate again. Having worked with her on both sides of a home transaction, I can completely recommend Trang for you. If you are buying, she will get you the absolute most house for your dollar. If you are selling, her knowledge and expertise when it came to renovations, staging and marketing are incredible. Our only regret is that she can't come with us to help buy our next house on the east coast.

I hired Trang for both selling my house in Santa Clara and buying one on east bay. And we could not have been happier with her services. To keep it short, I would highlight reasons we liked her and think that she deserves 5 star: 1. She is aggressive.. not on you but for you. I always found her to be fighting for what was good for me - both as seller and buyer2. She is very accommodating. I was super impressed when she would highlight goodness of an element of a house she is showing us, but as soon as we mentioned some negative aspect of that element, she would immediately change her stance to align with ours instead of pushing her pov. That was really appreciated... and make us think that she was on our side rather than pushing a deal3. She knows her stuff.. before we could say that we might be interested a certain house, she would have all comps and other data ready for us4. She never pushed for a timeline and allowed us to take as long as we wanted. I was uber busy with various things happening in life at the time and didn't have a lot of time.. but she never pushed for a decision unless we were ready5. During sale, she provided so many good tips that when designer came to stage the house, there was barely anything left to do6. She was diligent to create a list of offers, their status in terms of financial standings and whole lot other items in XLS before EOD and sent it to us (while we were away on international trip!)Overall Super awesome experience. This review is long overdue! We worked with Trang about 2 years ago as first time buyers in Oakland. She was amazing to work with and took our preferences and concerns really seriously. She lined up so many viable options--way more than we had anticipated--which helped us figure out our priorities and preferences. Many of our friends looked for homes for months and even years before finding an option or having their offer accepted but it only took us a matter of weeks working with Trang! We decided to offer on a house (unsuccessfully) after our first trip with Trang and offered again on the house we currently own a few weeks later. She walked us through the whole process carefully as we prepared the offer, and clearly articulated the pros and cons of our various options. Once our offer was accepted, she was there every step of the way to guide us through our first home-buying experience. She was always available to chat if we had concerns and responded promptly to our texts etc. We offered in early December 2015 and closed in mid January 2016! Since we moved in almost 2 years ago, we are still in touch with Trang, who still provides us with lots of recommendations for contractors, masons, electricians, architects etc. We had to re-wire the house and Trang gave us a bunch of recommendations, from which we chose a contractor. We were referred to Trang by another real estate agent that was located in the South Bay. At that time we were undecided as to where we wanted to buy. After my first conversation with Trang (who was very easy to get a hold of) I knew it was the right to choice. She was very friendly and answered every question I had. She quickly grasped what we were looking for and you get the sense that she hustles! Trang and I viewed several houses as my husband works a lot. Trang represented us in purchasing a house in San Francisco. SF is perhaps the most difficult market for buyers in the nation. Properties always sell over list and typically buyers must waive all contingencies. Buyers must be prepared to immediately make an competitive offer.Our move was a corporate move and our first realtor was indecisive and unknowledgeable about San Francisco. Trang was assigned to assist us after we requested a different realtor. Trang is exceptionally responsive and knowledgeable. The market is crazy but Trang is extremely professional. Knows the area thoroughly, very quick answers/documents/last minute house showings. We started to look in November and prices were quite up since then. In almost all cases she was correct on what the selling price range will be, however, there was absolutely no pressure on bids and this really made the experience very positive. She also helped a lot to notice various issues with the houses we looked at so after first few ones I had much better understanding on what can go wrong with the property.
